Key responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of civil and geo-structural design packages
  • Develop, manage, and grow client relationships in the region
  • Bring repeat work and contribute to new business generation
  • Lead and support bids, fee proposals, and scope development
  • Apply construction experience to ensure practical, buildable design
  • Manage project teams, resources, and budgets
  • Mentor engineers and graduates

About you

  • Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng, MICE or equivalent)
  • Strong design background in geo-structural elements
  • Evidence of client ownership or developing client relationships
  • Comfortable balancing technical delivery with commercial input
